There are millions of men and women serving our country in the armed forces. There are precious few biblical resources designed and written specifically for them. There are even fewer that are available to them for free. We are committed to changing that reality.
What do we do with your support?
Develop New Resources
Military life is different than civilian life. Soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines are all people, just like civilians, but their culture and the diversity within it are unique. Military life provides a unique and specific context for a life of faith. While civilian faith resources have value, they don’t always speak to the realities of military life in a productive way. We design resources from the ground up to engage the military audience and help them advance their walk of faith within the world they eat, sleep, relate, live and breath.
What good are resources if they are not accessible? We focus on two primary delivery methods.
- We develop digital resources because they are easy to access and portable on a variety of electronic devices that are available to a majority of today’s military personnel, even downrange. This website is the repository for that. From here, resources can be downloaded and toted to and from the farthest corners of the globe. The embed codes can be copied and pasted into social media sites, church websites, etc… as long as they are targeted to invest in military personnel and vets.
- We also target funding to printing hard copies of resources when we have opportunities to distribute them efficiently to chaplain ministries, churches and other ministries that have direct access to putting faith resources in the hands of our military personnel and vets. We don’t have our own distribution channels (other than the post office), so we actively pursue opportunities to partner with those that do… no sense duplicating what others are already resourced to do well.
